How do you configure a remote webcam?

I want to create a webcam in a second country for me to make security monitoring (to what happens there) when I'm not – I'll probably need to connect to a computer and let all the time online? What is the best way to do this? Do you have any advice?

I've been looking for 2 CCTV cameras outdoors in search of a Dome Day / night Other simple with day / night and if I can do that, it should be cameras outside (Weather Proof) in the hope of finding an agreement that includes the DVR is a sorta new craft, a friend of the drug trade negotiations to come on your lawn to break the windows that do not want to pay too 200CDN $ a $ 400CDN can someone help me find the best deal?
