Security camera – no video to watch?

I have a TOA C-CV24-2 mini-dome camera. Powers of the camera, but I get no video. So I put it in place. 1. The House has a BNC output. I have a BNC (COAX runs) in the camera, and the other end of the regular COAX cable ends and got the cable company to connect the cable decoder antenna connector / on TV. 2. I see no image on TV shows a picture, but it took me three days to realize that there had the image of British Columbia is barely visible, as if it werent working. My question is: Does this device requires DVR to work, or has anyone suggestions on how cheap I can do this work. The plan is to connect the camera to a COAX splitter to view the image, 2 TV in place. Hello, you go directly to F connector (like a cable connection) on the back of the TV does not work the impedance is a mistake. You need an RCA (red pins, white yellow) to connect directly to a TV. You can get an adapter in most areas of electronics. Therefore, it can work for you to get a converter / RCA adapter and then set the TV input and you will see the image divider and use of television in the extreme to go to two places. You can also get a BNC to RCA and the change of F connector (male) to BNC on both ends of the cable. Long cables from there, more than 100 feet may require reinforcements to get the signal to advance. Or you can get what called the RF modulator that will change the signal room to allow connection directly to a TV F connector.
